Not your typical Mardi Gras…

Assisted Living Utah

You all know the traditions of Mardi Gras down in New Orleans. When Mardi Gras rolled around at Summerfield Utah Assisted Living on Thursday, February 23rd, most of those traditions were modified a bit so that all would enjoy the party. We tossed gold coins into fountains, voted for a king and queen, sported some awesome masks, and ate Benyas (a traditional New Orleans mini-pancake).
