On Tuesday February 14 we celebrated Valentines Day at Summerfield Utah Assisted Living. The festivities started in the morning in the SRC with our annual Valentine’s Day Brunch.

The Residents were able to enjoy the schmorgisborg of delicacies and each others company:
All while Roger and Toni slaved away in the kitchen making omelets!
A special guest visitor even came to deliver their Valentine’s!
After everyone had adequately filled their stomachs, the crowds dispersed and there was quiet in the land. Cupid’s Day, however, was far from over! After the festivities in the SRC the residents in the Manor partied it up accordion style. Brent Farley came to dazzle us with his musical wizardry
(aka his accordion):
And we sat and listened with joy and delight:
After the accordion a sweet fountain of chocolate emerged with a feast of goodies: strawberries, cantaloupe, marshmallows, angel food cake, bananas, and pretzels.
Cupid was there and brought the fuzzy red hat of love with to deliver Valentine’s to one and all:
Thanks to all who shared this day of love with us.
Cupid stamps this Summerfield Valentine’s Day as a success!
