Summerfield Assisted Living Utah offers studio and one-bedroom apartments that include:
- Dining your way: Our community members enjoy three, chef-crafted meals each day, with a choice of two different entrees and 4 different sides at each meal, ensuring the individualized tastes of each resident are met. Residents also have all day access to freshly made baked-goods, soda and juice machines, soft-serve ice cream, coffee and tea, and fresh fruit. Special meals celebrate birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, adding extra joy to everyday life.
- Outdoor living: Our assisted living residents appreciate access to plentiful outdoor areas on our campus, a courtyard with water features, garden boxes for personal gardening, and multiple outdoor seating areas around the building where residents can socialize with each other and their families.
- A rich social life: Our full-time activities directors work tirelessly to keep our residents active and engaged. We host multiple activities daily for our residents in common areas, including bingo, exercise classes, and crafting. We provide attentive, compassionate support in a safe and secure environment designed to meet changing needs over time. As a Type II Assisted Living Facility in Utah, we are licensed to provide the highest level of care permitted within assisted living settings.
- In most circumstances, residents can remain at Summerfield and receive the care they need through the end of life without relocating.
- Each resident receives a personalized care plan that is regularly reviewed and adjusted as needs, preferences, or health conditions change.
- We encourage independence while offering personalized assistance whenever it is needed.
- Care services can be scheduled in advance or provided on an as-needed basis, 24 hours a day.
- Our team assists with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication support.
While we are not a medical facility, we coordinate with trusted healthcare providers who visit onsite. Available services may include primary care physicians, podiatry, dentistry, optometry, home health, and hospice care.
